This program will offer open discussion and tips on how to manage a library in a post pandemic world. The program will cover both staff and patron issues. Topics include remote work for staff, remote vs in person programs, the psychological toll the pandemic has taken on both staff and patrons, the mindfulness approach to work, a revised service model and moving forward keeping both staff and patrons safe.
There will be time for Q&A and discussion.
