Employee Handbook and Labor Law updates

Each year our federal, state and local legislators promulgate more and more employment related legislation. To further complicate matters the courts and administrative agencies are actively regulating and interpreting the laws. This workshop will offer the participants updates on key legislation, court decisions and administrative actions with an eye to updating employee handbooks for the upcoming year.
