Encouraging teens to participate in the summer reading program is a yearly struggle. Completely revamping your program's structure could be the key to increasing participation and piquing teens' interest in future library programs and services.
This presentation will share how offering teens the option to review all types of media, along with a prize system overhaul, led to a successful summer reading program. We will share tips on how to make your program more flexible and engaging, while also remaining manageable for staff.
