A Guide to Crafting and Promulgating the Library Employee Handbook

This program will start with a short review of the basic strategies in drafting an employee handbook. The session will also involve an examination of your existing handbook with an eye to where updates may be required. This program is for library directors, assistant directors, managers and those aspiring to be library leaders.
