Now more than ever it is vital that your patrons know the services and resources available with their library card. A coordinated marketing plan can provide the structure and direction needed to best get your message out to the public.
This presentation will cover how to integrate basic marketing methods available to libraries, including mail, print, local newspapers, email and social media, as well as non-traditional means, to enhance your message to your community. Hear suggestions on how to create a marketing culture in your library and practices you can implement to improve your communication with your patrons.
