The Bristal offers a valuable cost-free voluntary program with resources for both employers and employees that will help prepare for the road ahead.  This interactive workshop is designed to be a resource of information and options for staff members that find  themselves in the caregiver role and are unsure how to proceed, or where to even start.

Learn how to provide support and resources to your staff that have become or will become caregivers to their aging family members.  Finding a work-life balance can be difficult, and managing staff in that transition can seem overwhelming.
